The wedding weekend coincides with Austin’s annual South By Southwest conference. Hotels will fill quickly. Please be sure to reserve lodgings and book air travel early. For your convenience, we have room blocks at two hotels. Please see the travel tab for more details.

The Wedding dress code is formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a dress, pantsuit, or formal jumpsuit.
The ceremony and following cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.
Typically, the mid-March weather in Austin is very pleasant with median highs in the high 70s and median lows in the 40s.
The venue has free parking. We encourage our guests to carpool and, if you are planning on drinking, have a designated driver. Additionally, the venue is served by ride share services.
